Chain Warriors - What is it ?

Chain Warriors is a click-and-battle RPG based on a browser developed by Destiny Games and published on the platform compatible with the blockchain The Abyss. The mechanics of the game are such that players can collect sets of equipment during events - mainly battles - which appear on maps as they progress. Certain game objects, particularly extremely rare ones, can be traded via a blockchain-based trading market powered by Waves.

As an RPG, it has certain multiplayer aspects as players can attack each other in some sort of asynchronous PVP mode, but there is no direct interaction between the players. The history and gameplay of Chain Warriors is not very convincing and its design is reminiscent of most clicker-heroes browser games. This can work as a distraction for extremely casual players with a progression system that allows for a reasonable leveling pace, but most players will likely participate because of the chances that they can unlock and sell a powerful item.

Pros
  • Chain Warriors is a casual game for busy people. The basic objective of the game is to fight monsters in the swamps and gain items that can be used to make the player character more powerful. Players can also earn gold by killing monsters or mining. And this gold can be used to buy new items or upgrade existing items.
Cons
  • Another thing to keep in mind is that, according to the developer, it can take several weeks of grinding to be able to acquire legendary items supported by the blockchain. For this reason, some players may not have the discipline to go far enough to start collecting.
