Coinbase card an excellent option not so cheap
This card connects the balance of cryptocurrencies to the Coinbase exchange, then it is used for the expenditure of cryptocurrencies through an instant exchange of fiat money. The card is only being issued for most of the European countries.
The card is both virtual and physical. In the application for both Android and iOS we can use the virtual card and the transactions we have made will appear. Also the physical card that will be given to us will be served by chip, pin and what is the contactless payment like any traditional card.
As for security, it offers two-step verification when making any type of payment and instant freezing of the card in case of loss or theft.
In general, the Coinbase card is one of the best that we can find in the cryptographic world, it is available in most European countries and apparently by 2021 it will be available in the United States, this is undoubtedly beneficial. However, it is still a less cheap option, and transaction fees vary depending on the country.
Pros
- We may link our Coinbase account to the card to activate it and be able to use it.
- It serves as a standard debit card, only it is only for cryptocurrencies.
- Easy to use and multiple cryptocurrencies accepted. Security is also favorable.
Cons
- It is not such a cheap option and the rates are a bit high, in addition to its issuance.
