The Coinbase card is an American based card, making it a very good option for Americans that was established in the year 2012 with San Francisco as it's headquarters. It is a highly secured card that has rapidly gained the trust of its users due to its transparency and trustworthiness. It is a multi service card as it offers it's services to many other countries like Portugal, Mexico, Spain and many others. I would sincerely discourage crypto experts from using this card because it is a beginner focused one. It is not good at all in it's users privacy and has its application available on the Android and iPhone operating systems, making it available for downloads on out mobile
