This card does not come freely without charges. Issuance fee is a bit higher than some cards being that it cost $15, whereas I know some that cost only $10. There other charges too that are above industry standard like the commission on spending.
The card can be topped up with Bitcoin and direct transfer of GBP via bank wire. Being a Visa card it is suitable for use in any Platform that accepts visa card.
One good spot is that minimum deposit is zero. It charges fixed fee on withdrawal and this will be a problem where you are not allowed to withdraw a large sum at once.
