Revainrating 3 out of 5

The Issuance fee for this card is on the High side

The Paycent EUR card beats many other cards in their challenges of serving the world population as this card has extremely no country limits and being issued by MasterCard, it can be used in virtually anywhere and everywhere. This card is issued as either a Plastic card or it's Virtual counterpart; anyone the user chooses but they all come with their fees. It supports 6 major cryptocurrencies for it's users to access and
The cards come in different types and are all grouped into different areas according to users preferences
1. Ruby Card: This card charges a $4 ATM withdrawal fees for every ATM transaction made. No monthly maintenance fees are charged while It's maximum ATM daily withdrawal is $5000 and it's online spending limit is capped at $5000 also. It's recommended for low spenders.
2. Sapphire Card: Also with a issuance fee of $49, it expenses $0.2 for every transaction made with the card on POS and an ATM withdrawal fee of $3.5 for both domestic and international withdrawal. There is no Monthly maintenance fee but users may be required to pay $2 if their transactions is less than $1,000 in that month. The ATM withdrawal limit is placed at $1650 per day and online spending limit is $5600. It's recommended to low level
3. Solitaire: Also with the order fee of $49, monthly maintenance fees of $2 which will be charged only if transactions for the moth doesn't exceed $10,000. The ATM withdrawal fees is a 2.5% or $3 depending on which is more expensive. The maximum ATM use per day $10,000 and the daily online spending limit is capped at $13,000 making it ideal for big spenders
So far, this card has been great but still needs a touch especially in the area of its order fees. I recommend the different types according to the user preferences

  • Depending on card types, there is no monthly maintenance fees or card inactivity fee charged against the users
  • There are 4 different cards issued and users can choose based on their preferences and use cases

Cons
  • Issuance fee of $49 is completely outrageous. It really needs to be looked into by the team
