Easy but very helpful Inventory Tracking Tool
I like that it gives me an accurate report about my stock status, which helps keep track of inventory levels and also alerts when something goes wrong with products or supply lines! There's nothing not liked so far - just some minor fixes would make this piece even better! If you're looking for an easy-to-use program without fancy bells & whistles, we highly recommend using echoscm at least once before moving forward.
We are solving problems pertaining to product tracking by taking advantage of our ERP system (which uses ECHOSCM as well). And more importantly, having real time data allows us to adjust quickly if necessary.
Pros
- Easy interface
- Accurate reporting across multiple departments/locations within organization.
- Multiple views available including bar charting tools in addition top line totals view.)
- Customizable reports allow users flexibility while creating their own customizations tailored towards specific needs;)
Cons
- The inability switch from one tab / screen into another is sometimes inconvenient.
- Sometimes there can be downtime due too many
