The support team has been very helpful in getting my account set up so that I can use PING for last mile delivery of our goods! They are always quick at responding when we have questions or need help with something specific within their system (elevate issues). We do not love having an online store/website where customers purchase merchandise from us but it is necessary as part payment must be made via this method before being shipped out by pingDeliveries agents who pick them right off your warehouse floor!! This helps keep track if inventory levels drop below expected amounts which would lead into customer complaints about late shipments etc..
