Bitstamp exchange has been open since 2011! Many of the popular exchanges that exist now do not have even half a bitstamp history (like binance, which started operating in 2017)
The long history of bitstamp activity is a sign of its credibility and no company can easily ruin its long history with one mistake.
bitstamp actually has pairs for certain currencies and has not acted like many other new exchanges that even list up to 500 currencies. In my opinion, this can be both good and bad. Bad in that those who want to trade in many currencies do not have this possibility. And the good thing is that the focus of exchange traders is on these few currencies and the possibility of price manipulation is reduced (and even if manipulation is done, because everyone understands, it will be followed up soon)
