Buy a jar and keep it in your pantry, it's one of those things that you can use for a multitude of reasons and in many situations are useful. Yes, I've brushed my teeth with it and noticed a white tint, but it's dirty. I recommend pouring a full cup into a small glass and using that glass to brush your teeth. Yes I mixed this with water and drank it for stomach problems and it was helpful. I'm glad I have it on hand.

Is that charcoal? Yes. Is it activated charcoal? no How can we know? There are several tests you can run to see, for example, that it should bubble when mixed with water. It's not like this. It is supposed to decolorize the grape juice. It's not like this. It may be all the other things they advertise, but it's NOT ACTIVATED CHARCOAL.

This charcoal is very good! I don't use it on my skin because it rubs off. I like to brush my teeth with it and my mouth is much cleaner. I also drink charcoal soda (lemon juice, honey, and charcoal) every morning, which helps with gas and nausea.
