This is the best gravel vacuum I've found. I like that the lightbulb is on top of the device and it's so much easier to get started. I just had to use my thumb to move it. The built-in filter prevents clogging of the lines. It was also easy to assemble. I wish I had found this sooner.

I really liked this device. My son has 40 and 10 gallon aquariums and it helps a lot with weekly cleaning. It has a small issue that will make you go get towels to clean up a big mess. The hose is not securely attached to the handle so it sometimes comes off and spills all the water in the house everywhere. I hope you don't have an aquarium in the carpet 😳

Retractable tubes. The main tube, handle, hose and inlet valve are lengthened when in use. It's very thin and cheap. When I work with my gravel, everything tries to fall apart. I had another cleaner of this type, it was 100 times better and about the same price. I totally regret the purchase! Waste of money as you have to pay for return shipping yourself. This is a scam!

I really like this thing. It has an extension tube that you can add for deep tanks. The tube is small enough to go around and behind the decor. The suction start mechanism works fine (if it doesn't start picking up water you'll need to empty the filter basket of dirt) - hopefully it will hold up over time. The hose is flexible to prevent the bucket from tipping over. It's easy to use and I prefer it to other vacuums I've used in the past.

This item is amazing, has great suction and is very easy to start with the push of a button. Has an extension that is not in the video. I've used it with both sand and gravel and it works with both. I used to use a hose connected to a siphon, but it's a lot easier and faster, plus I don't waste water and don't lug the hose around my house. It also makes it easier to clean my tanks that aren't very close to the faucet.

I needed a good gravel cleaner to get rid of layered dirt. This one was very efficient, but you also have to plan for a big water change because unlike other vacuums that settle the waste in a bag, this one just sucks it up by gravity, taking a large amount of water with it and depositing it a bucket (not included) . It was a 75 gallon tank that I cleaned and I estimate I had to replace 10-15 gallons before the cleaning was complete.
