Follow closed instructions!

Received my Dualco grease gun yesterday and it was so easy to fill and refill. Anyone who had problems with this obviously did NOT follow the instructions for filling in and filling out. I used a spatula to fill mine, filled it with fat and tapped it a few times in my palm and must have expelled any air bubbles as I let the top loose and stuck a screwdriver in the slot in the base. some fat came out. I tightened the top, wiped away excess grease on the side and it worked great. This fattyโ€ฆ

Worked so well I bought a bundle!

This mini grease gun is an ideal grease gun for the refurbishment/renovation of drill chucks. I used to run my finger over a container of grease and try to roll it into the bushings and jaws of the chuck. It was always a mess. With this little guy, I was able to recover 6 laps without getting my countertop dirty and my hands stayed clean the whole time. The tiny tip makes it easy to squirt grease into the ball bearings during installation and then repack them just before reinstalling theโ€ฆ

Ideal for hard-to-reach places!

This time last year I saw a garage door guy use one of these to lubricate the pinch points, mini wheels, tracks and ball bearings on our garage doors. I asked him where he got it from, he said to Revane. So I researched. also ordered the best tip, lube and gloves and made it myself this year. The money I saved allowed me to do this work myself. I'm going to give some advice, and it will be obvious to some. 1) Follow the instructions. You need to make sure you tap out any loose grease as youโ€ฆ

Yes . Buy it from Tools & Equipment

I use this on my chainsaws. That works great. It should work well anywhere you need to inject grease into a small opening or fitting where a standard grease gun will not work/fit. There are slightly cheaper copies of this design available but I bought this one and am certainly glad I did. It's well made and made in the USA, which may or may not matter to other buyers. That being said, it also comes with instructions (it's not hard, but if you don't end up getting lube there's probably a simpleโ€ฆ

Great little grease gun.

I love this mini grease gun. This comes in very handy in the store when you just need some lube and don't want to dig into the lube tub and get dirty. I bought a longer needle for applications where I need to get into hard-to-reach places. I have two different models (the other has a quick disconnect with interchangeable tips and a zerk that allows you to fill the gun with a standard sized grease gun). This model is easy to fill by hand if you follow the directions and apply a small, preciseโ€ฆ

Powered by old school Manitou suspension forks with MicroLube fittings!

If you have a 20-year-old Manitou mountain bike with MicroLube fittings, like my old Specialized Stumpjumper, you should probably buy this, assuming you don't already have a Manitou grease gun (which are currently unavailable). This little grease gun allows you to lubricate your shocks through the MicroLube ports without having to disassemble the fork. And this thing works like a champ for that. Get a bath of lube and follow the refill instructions, and really make sure the lube is packed. Iโ€ฆ

Worth the money if you value a good tool.

Well made, works as advertised, in use almost every day. Were a few bucks more than some, but everything from the piston tolerances to the return spring is better than the cheaper versions. If you want or need this guy, you can't go wrong with Dualco. The only downside is that you can't retrofit cheaper models with a Dualco cap and piston because the threads aren't compatible with the barrels on cheaper models. I bought a cheaper one for home use as I use my Dualco at a bike shop where I workโ€ฆ

Good little grease gun

I bought this dualco grease gun to work on bikes and am very happy with this purchase. The key to this grease gun is to make sure you load it so that there are no air bubbles in the grease reservoir. Read the instructions that came with your grease gun and you shouldn't have any problems. Once properly loaded, the grease comes out fairly quickly and in a very controlled manner. I just repacked the bearings for 3 sets of pedals and this gun made the job easy and relatively hassle free. For those

Handy little grease gun for small jobs like bikes

I really like this little grease gun for bike jobs. It saves a lot of money compared to buying expensive bike lube in disposable applicator bottles. I use Castrol NGLI-2 Lithium Wheel Bearing Grease, which I buy at my local auto shop for about $5 a quart. This is a very high quality lube and a lot more economical than the lube you can buy in a tube. Filling this grease gun is easy and uncomplicated. Use a clean applicator, e.g. B. a disposable plastic spoon to avoid contamination of the greaseโ€ฆ
