Description of Huck Norris Unisex Ninja Tyre Foam

High density foam very lightweight, anti-pinching, cushions the impact on rims, allows you to ride in low pressure (better grip). Sold as a pair. Very simple to assemble (less than 5 minutes) and makes it easy to install tubeless tyres (just a foot pump is enough). Fits all wheel sizes (from 24 to 29 inches): simply cut to the correct length (markers). For rims from 21 to 26 mm in width (tyres from 2.2 to 2.5 inches). Does not absorb the preventative in the tire. Bonus: The packaging is a mud guard front.

Good and affordable

is a great lightweight material that doesn't pick up too much sealant (or whatever, it just covers the surface so I had to add a little more than usual). I had a cut on the rear tire and it protected the rim like it should. Also, I hit a sharp curb and didn't hear/feel the rim impact which was great. The currently best rim protection!

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Lasts long

I'm doing business at the moment. There are no apartments.

I put them on a lighter rear tire because my 2016 Intense Primer doesn't fit the heavier tires for some of the gravity-oriented rides I've done with them, like some enduro tracks. The Huck Norris gains a bit of weight, but you don't notice it while riding. This made fitting the tire a bit more difficult, but not the worst thing I've done.

Pros
  • Complete set
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

It's worth it! in tires and tubes

I love stuff like that. Best of all, they add a wheel-to-inflate shape to your tubeless tires and bail you out on the trail if you have a burp or a crease. Protection is like an added bonus, although I understand that's the primary purpose of earbuds. The added benefits are endless and well worth the money considering how much we all pay for tires and rims.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Upgradable

Smoother/safer ride

I am using this on my XC Scott 710 27.5 bike with MK 2.3 Conti tires and am looking forward to it. My internal rim width is 20mm and everything is perfect, the sound of tires changing over the gravel is quieter and much more responsive. I'm slightly under-inflated and dare I say Huck Norris keeps my tires tighter on the rims because they don't even come close. Great!

Pros
  • As everything before
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Tires don't tear anymore - use them on three bikes

I have fitted three of my mountain bikes with a Huck Norris because I love them. I'm a heavy rider and my rear tires often blew out in aggressive corners. They solved the problem with minimal weight gain. It really is a universal size as I have them on 26", 27.5/650b and 29er wheels. They just cut to the length you want. I've been using them for over a year now and am buying another one. Pair for a new wheelset.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Don't waste time installing the rim protector

Easy to install but little to no effort goes into protecting the rim. opens on the first mile and calls shimmy. I used some safety wire and attached the velcro and the shimmy problem was solved. I have an enduro track and get 1-2 rim dents every time I ride it. , mounted two tires in one, and I had a little less rim depth. But a good click made and the rim is still bent enough to loosen the seal. They're heavier with CC inserts, but you definitely reduce rim impressions.

Pros
  • Several competitors
Cons
  • are unreliable

Not bad for what it is

Good product overall it will end up being almonds like the $3 pool noodles but just like most other rim protectors and they cost a lot more and also try to use fancy terms to make you feel comfortable, by paying more. They get the job done and are one of the cheapest versions out there. I bought it because the big tires I had didn't sit well on the rim. I put it on with no problems. I had a bad flat tire about a month after installing it and rode the last 3/4 miles able to propel myself forward

Pros
  • tubes
Cons
  • the list will be long.

Don't waste time installing Rim Protector

Easy to install but little is done to protect the rim. opens on the first mile and calls shimmy. I used some safety wire and attached the velcro and the shimmy problem was solved. I have an enduro track and get 1-2 rim dents every time I ride it. Installed these rim dents, where not less, two built into one tire and I had a slightly shallower rim depth. But a good click made and the rim is still bent enough to loosen the seal. They're heavier with CC inserts, but you definitely reduce rim…

Pros
  • Cycling
Cons
  • Damaged

Excellent insurance for your rims

Good protection against rim damage, especially when driving on difficult rocky terrain. This is a double meaning. I would lower my rating by 1/2 star as the installation wasn't as easy as promised. This took a bit of fiddling, and then it took a lot of trying to get the roller to seal and hold the air (even with an air compressor). Maybe it was just a problem with my rim and tire combo (Maxxis High Roller II and DT Swiss E1900 Spline). Tip: I finally sealed the bead by laying the wheel flat on…

Pros
  • Sports and outdoor activities
Cons
  • For seniors
