IDI’s integrated applications can help clients in any industry with a focus on construction, manufacturing, non-profit and professional services. o For companies in the construction or contracting industry, IDI's Contractor Central automatically determines appropriate prevailing wage and corresponding fringe rate and/or union rates based on contracts, generates accurate Certified Payroll reports for government jobs, and provides certified connections to leading ERPs to the Job Cost level. o For organizations in the nonprofit industry, IDI automatically allocates salaried or hourly employees’ actual time rather than estimates (including overtime and non-worked time) to grants or funds with the detail needed for reports to government and funding sources. o For businesses in the professional services industry, IDI automatically allocates salaried earnings to projects and clients, manage the proper overtime rate calculations and “look back” adjustments required by FLSA guidelines for overtime eligible employees who receive monthly, quarterly or annual payments and transfer commission/bonuses into payroll. o For companies in the manufacturing industry, IDI automatically determines appropriate employee pay rate based on the company’s specific variables (e.g., unique job and/or incentive rates such as piece rate or production rate policies), import employee in/out times, non-worked hours, or production information (e.g. pieces/amounts) from a client’s ERP, shop floor or other systems, and ensure accurate overtime rates that factor in all of the variables in compliance with FLSA guidelines.

Great software solution especially designed

The ability to create schedules for work orders that are easily updated when new information is available using Microsoft Excel or Word was great! It also helps keep track of employee time off so it's easy to submit payroll reports at end of month/quarterly etc. I could not find an easier way to do this once we started working together - there doesn't seem like much benefit over other programs out here now. We've been able solve scheduling problems by having better visibility into our schedule…

Easy to use for all employees and easy to update

The benefits of the program are the ease of use and the ability to have all of an organization's employees in one system. It does not have a lot of helpful features, but I am sure that this will be improved in the future. It is a great way to manage a large workforce. We are able to have all of our employees in the same place to train, schedule, and pay them. I like that it's easy to use for my department. Integrated Direct Deposit, Time/Attendance and Expense Tracker

The benefits I like best are how seamless everything works together from scheduling to payroll processing & reporting for my staff as well as our customers! There is not anything that we dislike at this point however they do offer many different addons or extensions if needed so always look into them when purchasing software because you may find something else very useful within their product line too!
