    Doesn't wake up (after inactivity).

The device I received (16GB RAM, 512GB NVME SSD) failed to wake up after falling asleep due to idle. When you use [Start]->Power->Sleep menu item in Win10, it could wake up. It was also a 1st gen E15 and not the last widely used 2nd gen E15. The SSD was an aftermarket "OEM Original" brand with a reliable silicon motion controller. Otherwise, the keyboard was comfortable and the design looks and feels fresh. I'm just really frustrated with not being able to wake up from my sleep - and I'm…

    Keyboard for computers and accessories

I bought the Thinkpad mainly for its keyboard (and paid more). Stupid, I know, but a lot of laptops have awfully flat keys. I LOVE my Thinkpad! I was particularly impressed that it didn't come with all that extra trial software that you get when you buy it from a big store!

    Pros
    • Few competitors
    Cons
    • Almost everything ok

I ordered 15 same technician laptops from our dealership. I reordered this laptop because there were originally 15 laptops in the last year that had NO failure rate unlike 4 other popular brands which I won't name, they had a few faults that required sending them back to their respective manufacturer for repair, these other 4 have too the same specs and cost $400 more than these Lenovos.

    Pros
    • Don't waste too much time
    Cons
    • Older model

Exactly what he says it is.

This laptop is everything it should be. I mainly use it for recording multitrack audio. It takes strength and memory. The E15 has both. So far this has been exactly what I was looking for.

Lesson learned, don't buy computers online

Bought this computer for personal use, no gaming, no watching videos, only internet access, occasional use of Word and Excel. Within the first hour of use I got a "Critical process died" error and everything froze. Had to shut down and restart the computer which cleared the message and I was able to use it again. Now I can't work for more than an hour without it crashing over and over again with the same error message. After searching user blogs on the Internet, I found that Lenovo products…

Generally solid. warranty reduced. There is no fingerprint reader.

This is my first SSD: it improves performance as advertised. Very beautiful! The product looks solid and works. The sound is better than most laptops. He didn't have enough time to talk about longevity. It wasn't overly bloated with preinstalled apps. What they didn't say is that the OEM warranty started back then, not when you got it. MY WARRANTY REDUCED BY 6 WEEKS! In general, the device makes a reliable impression, but should do justice to the advertising.!

I like it! in the "Computers and Tablets " category

I bought this laptop to not only work in the office. My more tech-savvy kid went with the laptop and its specs. So if you're looking for a technical review, this isn't it. I use Office in the version they call these days. 365? My bread and butter runs QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) and this program can be something of a resource hog. My new ThinPad coped perfectly. I liked that I could add the Lenovo app and customize my settings even more than what Windows offers. This laptop is super light and…

    Lenovo Thinkpad the Easiest Purchase

My order arrived on time and was undamaged. Great purchase, had no issues with updates or wifi connection. I was able to use the Thinkpad right away, apart from the longer battery life. The calculator starts up quickly and was able to download 57 MB in a few minutes. Note that it's a bit older, so it doesn't have Intel Core i7 or fingerprint unlocking capabilities. Other than that, it's a pretty decent buy for a business computer.

Not worth the money you pay for it

I am VERY disappointed especially for the money. I basically got this working with my photos at the same time I upgraded my camera. I only got this laptop because my computer son did some research for me and suggested it. I have only used it 3 or 4 times in the last month as 1) my youngest son is currently unable to exercise due to COVID and 2) COVID in general. the entire upper row of letters does not work! None of them! Nothing was spilled on it, it stayed safe and sound in my desk drawer…

Probably a good computer but mine was broken

I received this computer specifically for the keyboard. After 4 months, the bracket on the "k" key broke. It's under warranty so Lenovo will fix it but it will take more than 3 weeks and I won't be able to work. I can't get credit because I didn't purchase the laptop directly from Lenovo, so I have no way of making a claim. It's pretty annoying. Aside from the obscenely long repair at the manufacturer, Lenovo's seller (Issaquah Highlands Tech) is washing their hands because it took over a month
