Mandatory when installing marine transducers

Cuts through wood and fiberglass with ease. Side slits make it easier to remove material. This is required when installing through-chassis marine transducers. Ideal size for sensors like Airmar B175.

Pros
  • Speed Slot is a stepped design for easy plug removal
Cons
  • No power

RPM for the material you are cutting.

These bits are great. However, if you do not know the correct RPM for the material you are cutting, you could damage the bit. I use them to cut holes in truck bodies to attach a fifth wheel. Make sure you have a large drill that spins at lower RPMs, 60 to 100, or you will damage the drill.

Pros
  • Optimized tooth shape easily penetrates metal
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Love these Lennox hole saws

Love these Lennox hole saws! They never clog their teeth and do not clog their teeth. I've tried a few other brands and other brands seem to be tinted with maple syrup or something. I never have to pull the plugs out of the saw after work, they usually fall out after a few pulls on the drill trigger.

Pros
  • Big and sharp teeth for faster cutting
Cons
  • Unreliable
