The hardest part of this installation is removing the old protective insert. It's quite difficult to detach the tabs, especially on the back. The instructions were all pictures but they say a picture is worth a thousand words. It would be nice to drop a few words to find out where you work. Appearance and finish OK. The 9 o'clock alignment tab is plastic and does not fit properly into the existing hole in the case metal. I had to snap it off to fit. The instructions are rudimentary, Youtube helps with this. Still spins a bit if you put in some effort. Seems comfortable enough to hold his position as long as nobody messes with him. Jeep has hole at 12 o'clock so new bucket spring will need to be removed. This "spring" stops the rotation of the plastic bucket and door. When the "pen" is cut off the new bucket, there will be some movement/rotation. The old filler neck and plastic bucket gasket must be reused as the new gasket is too thick and will cause the check engine light for the EVAP system to come on. I have chosen not to return this item as I got too carried away with the project. I would not recommend this product…
