Medium Product: Algae Scraper

Not as good as I thought, the head needs to be at a higher angle to make it easier to use. It is difficult to use if the hand is pressed against the glass when cleaning.

Rust and short circuit Good for fish and aquatic animals

Scraper is strong. I will give But that's way too small for my 65 gallons. And the blade started rusting after two months. The blade isn't that sharp either, so it just doesn't do the job. If you have a glass aquarium, buy a piranha float. That's great! I just got this portable device to use in the back of my tank where I can't get with a magnetic scraper. Overall, I really didn't like this Seachem scraper.

Easy to use! on Fish & Aquatic Pets

Very easy to use and well made. I wish it had more than one blade. I have a glass tank, but most of the time I use a plastic scraper. Use the steel blade only when stubborn algae need to be removed. Some have complained that the blade has rusted after a few uses. I remove it, dry it completely with a paper towel and store it separately until I need it again. In addition, the scrubbing part is very suitable for walking on the glass to remove loose algae. Too bad there wasn't a 24" or longer…

Great scraper! suitable for aquarium cleaner

I have several other scrapers where the pad is attached to the handle and cannot be replaced. They are bulky and difficult to maneuver between rocks and other decor. I decided to try this with my newest tank and it's great. It's light, the handle length is perfect for my 55 gallon tank, the slimmer profile makes it easy to move around in the tank, and it floats. I love that it comes with a metal blade and a plastic blade, as well as algae pads, and the best part is that you can easily replace…

The first real algae scraper! Removes all algae and debris with replaceable scraper heads.

I've tried many brands of seaweed scrapers and I usually get frustrated very quickly. I'm not a very picky aquarist, but I needed something that would actually work when cleaning my 50 gallon freshwater tank. My tank usually stays pretty clean, but this is a huge time saver.
