Good product but the conditioner was MIA certified

This product suits my short hair well. This relaxes the front just enough to keep it under control and looking kinky. The only thing that disappointed me was the packaging of the product. I bought three packs because this product is hard to find in stores. However, when I opened the first box, the AC bag (included) was COMPLETELY EMPTY! Don't order from them.

This is not the item I ordered. That's incredible. I can have the product delivered to me at any beauty shop. I ordered a short hairstyle that I saw because I used it about 7 years ago and my curls looked amazing. I ordered the product because I thought it was an original. The worst part. I don't even get my money back. I looked forward to using it.

Suitable for my hair type

I recently had my hair cut as my hair fell out after my son was born. I needed a texturizer to soften my type 4b hair and it worked, I didn't leave it on for long as I didn't want it to be too smooth, I used it with Shea Moisture Curling and Styling Milk and after 4 weeks still soft and a little wavy.

I have waves, not curls

I have very coarse natural hair with tight curls. I cut my hair to about 2 inches before using this product. I've used similar products over the years and they never work the way I hope they will. After use, hair became straighter than curly. It took a few days for the waves to form from roots to tips but no curls. i like waves Not sure if this product made waves or if it was other hair care products I added. Anyway, my hair doesn't feel like steel wool anymore, so I'm fine with that.
