🖥️ Toshiba Satellite A665-S6086 Laptop Screen: 16" LED WXGA HD, 1366x768, Bottom Right Placement Review

It was pretty easy to install. Before that I watched a few videos on You Tube. Then I did it my way. By the way, do not work at a small table with a dark carpet. Tiny black screws merge. Fired up right away.

It took me less than 15 minutes (after finding a tutorial video on YouTube) to replace this screen. The new screen arrived on time and works great. Easy exchange.

The new screen has a thin column of blue pixels that is not very noticeable on bright images, but is annoying on dark backgrounds. Installation wasn't too difficult, aside from the thin 30-inch connector typical of laptop screens. I repeated the installation process to reinstall the connector but the blue pixel column remained. My email to the seller was not answered. At the moment I cannot recommend this provider.

My girlfriend's Satellite A665-S6086 suffered a lot under the desk. The hard drive was damaged and when replacing it I accidentally broke the screen. We really liked this laptop, especially when traveling, for the excellent battery life and sound for watching Netflix movies. I'm spending money to replace this screen and watching youtube videos with instructions on how to replace it. She bought a new Toshiba WIN8 touch screen and now I have the old one!
