Review on MultiDoge Wallet by Praise Olagbadun

Lighter Is Better 😁😁

TThe Dogecoin seems to be really popular. I'm thinking so majorly because of the fact that I'm seeing the third wallet that is compatible to Dogecoin only. This happens to show its popularity. This wallet is known as the MultiDoge wallet. This one seems completely different from the one I use to have and I'll be talking about the differences in this review today.
The first difference is in size. Many traders make use of Desktop devices, these are traders who have been in the blockchain network and have also made some cash out of cryptocurrencies. Others make use of their mobile phone which usually have limited space, I'm an example of such trader. These types of traders would be looking out for mobile apps that are lighter than the usual. This is exactly what the MultiDoge wallet has been able to do. It is lighter than the other Dogecoin wallets I've used and therefore, is capable of executing small scale payments only. If you're the type of trader that deals with large trades, then this one isn't for you.
There seems to be a thing that gives people concern about this wallet. The fact that it lacks multiple security features! I guess this should be any wallets priority. The MultiDoge wallet lacks a whole lot of security features like the 2 Factor Authentication, multi signature and even for the fact that it's not a HD wallet. To make matters worst, it's not even regulated. All these would make using the platform a bit difficult for me. I seem to love the fact that they have the private keys of their users stored on the user device after it must have been encrypted.

Pros
  • The app is lighter than other Doge wallets
  • It's an open source wallet
  • They have their users private keys in the user possession
Cons
  • The wallet seems to lack most Security features
