As seen from the name of this wallet, it is a crypto wallet created for mobile devices. There are many good things about the wallet. As soon as the year 2021 began, major updates began to be made on the Nem mobile wallet and it is still ongoing. All these updates are made to increase customer satisfaction. But if we look at current statistics, while this crypto wallet has a large customer base, customer satisfaction is minimal. To find out the reason for this, I started using the application of the crypto wallet. What I have seen in the mobile application explains why customer satisfaction is so low. First I must say, the developers emphasize that this wallet is in beta version.
Now let's move on to the features of the application. The design of this application belonging to the Nem mobile wallet is very bad. I had difficulty using this application because the logic of the application is very difficult, which is one of the reasons that reduce customer satisfaction.
In terms of security, I do not trust this application very much, because this application is both in beta version and no verification is required.
