A complete SCAM! Avoid at all costs.



We paid for a listing, our token is deflationary with high circulating SUPPLY.



But after the listing, it turns out that there's a hidden Max Amount rule that doesn't allow any trades with the token amount above 100k, which is too low for such tokens (e.g shiba inu, safemoon..etc).

- Also, when you are submitting the trade, the Max. Amount is equivalent to your balance when you are filling the Amount field, which is very misleading, check this video:

Basically, for such tokens, they will limit you by 10 UDT minimum order + this hidden and misleading rule of 100k max amount, that will result in a very high price of your token which will be far from your coin price in your DeX (like PancakeSwap or UniSwap).



Their support claimed that the max amount (shown in red in the video) is meant to be for the balance. But it's obviously a false claim, the red message appears only under the 'Amount' field and it says "Max Amount", there is another text for the Balance, there isn't any note or indication about the 100K max amount rule they are claiming, you can see that yourself in the video in the URL above.



Their support is unresponsive and does not answer you properly or cover all of your questions or concerns they did not extend any help or fixing of that misleading rule although this can be easily modified as an exception for Coins with high supply so customers can submit more than 100k trades.



Basically, it's another scam in the crypto space unfortunately, better pay more and get listed on a legitimate centralised exchanges.
