Bilaxy exchange is sounrrended by many controversies, for example no one can say exactly the location of the exchange , while some are of the opinion that it is based in Seychelles others are thinking of Hong Kong. Besides nothing whatsoever is known publicly about the team behind this exchange so it is very dangereous to trust one's fund with it. It was also believe in some quaters that the daily trading volume is inflated.
It only accept deposit of cryptos only no room for fiat of any type. No deposit fee but there are fees when withdrawing and this depend on the type of coin one is withdrawing. One can only trade against ethereum no btc pair. It charges 15 percent trading fee on both takers and makers.
It has a referral program before but it has suddenly disappeared without any announcement. With all the controversies that this exchange has, it will be good if one can stay away from it until the coast is clear.
