Bilaxy exchange I did my finding about this exchange, in summary I can say they are active and working actively I decided to join their telegram channel so I can find how their users/traders are responding to the platform performance and Interestinly there where no much complaint from their users, on their social platform there were multiple admin responding to users complaint.
The only problem I was able to figure out was traders/new users registering on the exchange are not making necessary research about the exchange before making necessary deposit, new traders virtually complain about withdrawal these results as no KYC verification from the new users.
New users can sign up using their email and make deposit conveniently but making withdrawal will require KYC verification this has lead to multiple complain on most social platform about Bilaxy exchange.
Also the exchange has no specific location about the web domain which mean the exchange location is unclear to users. new users are advised to make sure they understand where they are investing their time by checking if this exchange suit them best.
I will suggest Bilaxy exchange to make new update about their exchange where users can easily see what are the basic requirements for making deposit and withdrawal before registering on the exchange.
All traded pairs on Bilaxy exchange are traded against ETH it was launched and operating since 2018 it has mobile application for trading conveniently.
