Bitblinx Exchange waa launched in Estonia as a centralised exchange. The exchange claims to be licensed by EFIU, Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit which means that Bitblinx Exchange is regulated. On visiting the page, the exchange clearly boasts of low trading fees in the exchange, but i disagree with that notion. The Exchange actually charges a 0.02% fee for makers which is very low but goes as high as 0.5% for takers. The 0.5% fee there actually contradicts the whole idea of "low trading fees", though the liquidity is actually deep. The exchange also offers access to about 15 digital tokens as well as 20-25 trading pairs which is quite decent for a recently launched exchange. The interface of this exchange is very intuitive as well as digitalized to attracts expert traders and beginners. The use of two-factor-authentification and email notifications for withdrawals actually makes Bitblinx Exchange very easy to use.
Using this exchange was actually very nice, only that the exchange has poor customer service, though there is a Live Chat feature on the exchange, the live chat is actually almost inactive.
