Bitfinex is constantly called a top exchange, but i disagree. The cons are far too many for most traders to have any sort of confidence in it. If you can deal with a pretty shady exchange, then by all means, use Bitfinex to trade.

- High pair count
- Decent security measures
- Supports FIAT
Cons
- Withdrawals continue to hinder the exchange
- API works really badly
- Maintenance comes at the worst times
- Sometimes it feels like you're trading against bots
- Verification is STILL slow
