I joined Bitfinex because they have huge list of coins and assets which I trade. I have been using it for 2 and half months. I think it’s enough to do a review. Bitfinex has an advanced and sophisticated platform for professional traders. If you are just starting up, then it will be difficult to use at least for a month. Which is a very big con. I have a very good experience with the team. The UI is unique, it has many features. The charts are very good and detailed which makes it easy to trade. Overall, it’s a very good exchange.
Pros
- I have been using it for 2 and half months. I think it’s enough to do a review. I have had the best support experience ever on Bitfinex, I was locked out of my account due to me logging in from other country and then forgetting 2FA codes. They fixed it within 28 hours of me opening a ticket.
Cons
- I only have a issue with the verification process as it takes a lot days to be verified. hope they make it easy for us soon. I also wish they provide the trading possibility for people in the usa. The only big issue I found was US citizens cannot use the exchange which is very bad.
