While Bitfinex has had some major bumps along the way, they have always managed to come out ahead and sucessfully maintain their business. That is a feat not many can brag about, and is one of the key parts of Bitfinex: Maintaining a healthy trading environment for their traders while also staying ahead of the competition. Bitfinex support is one of the most professional team i've ever met, replying fast and resolving the echo just as quick. In my book that's the main thing an exchange should have, a reliable support. As for the platform in it-self it offers an outstanding amount of tools that would put any other exchange to shame. Bitfinex is constantly called a top exchange, but i disagree. The cons are far too many for most traders to have any sort of confidence in it. If you can deal with a pretty shady exchange, then by all means, use Bitfinex to trade.
