Although this must have been due to the fact that the exchange platform is still new. Upgrade of their interface is really required. As for the ease of using their platform, I can say they have an easy to operate user interface. They have everything properly arranged, making their platform easily accessible by noobs.
Trading fees was the next thing I checked out on the Bitribe exchange platform.
