No Withdraws, no support reply
Everything was working ok. I've made a deposit and started to make some trades in the web exchange. I've opened a ticket because I couldn't access the api which they answered that it was going to be easier to access it. The exchange is not very fast but has lots of different pairs. But when I've tried to withdraw the transaction was not created and no answer from the supports team. I've tried to talk in the telegram group and was blocked... In conclusion, everything looks fine until you try to take out your money... it's very sad.
