HongKong has been the home to many exchanges, some of which were successful while others didn't live for long before closing down. In this case Btcdo exchange falls under the category of exchanges that were unsuccessful. BtcDo exchange was founded in 2018, as a recently launched exchange, BtcDo didn't achieve any major milestone before it became a dead exchange. As of now, the exchange wasn't active on Telegram neither was the website accessible. I have tried accessing the exchange through a VPN, it wasn't still working. To make matters worse, the owner of the Telegram group of the exchange had a deleted account which showed that the exchange was a complete scam and a waste of time
