Coinsbit Need To Improve In The Way It Dealt With Its Users.
Coinsbit is an Estonia exchange launched in 2018, but not much can be said about the team behind the exchange and this is not good enough. The exchange is a good entrant of newbies into the crypto world because it accepts deposit through wire transfer and credit card like Visa card and Master card.
It has more than 75 pairs of active markets. It is easy to use the platform, a user will just need to register with the platform, then if the user want to go beyond being a basic user, such will have to submit documents for doing KYC. Being ordinary basic user limit the person to a daily withdraw of 500 dollars per day.
The platform charge 0.20 percent as trading fee for both taker and maker, withdrawal fee is a little higher especially for btc, while withdrawal of bch is feeless.
There are lots of complaints of unsatisfied customers about the exchange, especially when it comes to withdraw and the way their customer care handle the issue, which means we can only dealt with this exchange with caution.
