The exchange was founded in HongKong, as a centralised platform that offers OTC trading and fiat trading. It was impossible to trade on this exchange because the webpage was inaccessible and at the same time the telegram group was inactive for more than five months. This exchange has exhibited every characteristics of a scam exchange and should be avoided by all means.
