The review on Exonium maybe short because there wasn't much information about the exchange and the exchange is presently inaccessible at the moment.
Launched in 2018 and licensed in Estonia, Exonium Exchange was invested in by Asia Focus Group and powered by Consentium. Presently this exchange is supposedly under maintenance since November 7th, 2020 and ever since then the exchange hasn't been accessible. The exchange launched its decentralized version, ExoniumDEX but it seems like that version isn't accessible. I made efforts to send messages to the support group but I didn't receive any response at all up till now, i just ended up forfeiting the exchange. The Telegram group mainly has its content in Chinese making it hard for non-Asians to communicate effectively. Another exchange is gone again!
