The only part that was still hard to accept was that the exchange only accepted cryptocurrencies as a form of deposit and withdrawal. The customer support isn't very useful, I had a complaint which was not part of the frequently asked question so I had to seek help from an expert trader. This exchange is very secure, I'm saying this because all my withdrawal needed confirmation from my Gmail, this is to prevent unauthorized users from maliciously stealing users funds.
