Hitbtc and my experience

Hitbtc is a platform that supports crypto asset trading and exchange. I will review a little information about  services and my experiences while using this exchange. Hitbtc is famous for places where start-up blockchain companies who have completed the initial coin offering process could issue heir tokens on hitbtc quite easily. My experience starts from 20 January 2018. At that time I made an xvg or verge deposit, and then my deposit did not appear in my account for days. After it appears, the deposit cannot be transferred to the trading account and cannot even be withdrawn. Actually at that time there were no coins that I could withdraw. And even though the platform says that withdrawal was successfully submitted, but no transaction will go through the process. No answer from support what so ever. Tons of people also have the same problem. Gladly the amount is not that much, just a couple of hundred dollars. I can't imagine what happened to people who deposit 100,000 tron ​​etc. In addition to the deposit problem, other traders also experience the same thing from making withdrawals from crypto such as bitcoin, ethereum, storm, and so forth. At that time I asked my friends not to deposit and trade there until there is no deposit and withdrawal problem. ecause my coin is stuck on this exchange, I missed the pump that happened to the xvg coin. When my capital was put on hold by Hitbtc, the price of XVG was doubled. And after that, hitbtc released my xvg assets only after the xvg price dropped to a very low price. I often find this exchange doing strange things like holding withdrawals and deposit a particular coin. As a result, the price of these coins surged very high compared to other exchanges. Is this a game from the insider party in hitbtc exchange? Or is it just an accident that happens repeatedly with the same pattern? I leave the reader to judge for themselves.
