HitBC is a secure and safe exchange
This exchange is based in Estonia and was founded by in 2013 and since then it has grown to be one of the most successful crypto exchange.
It is a n exchange that offers many order types for user to choose from e.g. buy limit, sell limit, market order etc. I love the fact that their customer support is very good. They even have official forum and also use email ticket system to care for customers.
The regular fee in HTBC is 0.1% for maker and 0.2% for taker. It charges flat commission not about how large or small the amount transacted is.
Another nice feature is that it accept flat Currencies though not all agents are acceptable like credit card is not allowed.
It has very high daily volume of transaction although doubt has been raised over the authenticity of the figures declared. It support manydigital instruments like bitcoin, Ethereum and upward of 870 pairs for on its platform.
In terms of security, it uses 2 factor authentication, email notification,secure socket layer to secure web transactions and regular backup of database.

It interesting because it has a very high daily transaction volume, it accept Fiat currencies with low charging fee and supported more than 870 cryptocurrency, uses of 2 Factor Authentication, email notification to secure web transaction.
