You should only use hotbit to buy a guge amount of alts that are not available on other cex/dex and withdraw them to a hardware wallet to keep them safe. And only test buy coins you want to hodl (minimum until they are on other dex/cex where you can sell them later)
The mobile app is not an apple store you habe to download it via browser and it needs many Updates. Also it has many bucks. So i recommend to use it on a desktop Computer only.
The support is very slow, much slower like kucoin, binance & co. Also they are very bad. I asked for help (many things on the webside is only in there foreign language (singapur or whatever). It is just bad and i hope you guys won‘t need it.
