Review on Huobi Global by Killer Bean
Huobi Global Exchange, my backup exchange
Huobi Global is a cryptocurrency exchange and a digital asset trading platform. It has been in existence for quite a while(since 2013). This exchange supported trading and exchange of alot of coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple and so many others. It is a widely accepted platform in over 100 countries, I have used this exchange for about six months. I often refer to this exchange as "my Backup Exchange" because when other exchange platform failed me, Huobi never did. The captivating and eye-catching graphical design which makes it possible and easy to understand, probably because I found the exchange very easy to use. ven when I wanted to register, it took me nothing more than three minutes. I didn't use KYC verification, because I didn't intend to use it to withdraw large amount of funds. The fees charged are quite reasonable and cheap but not still one of the lowest. To protect users fund, it was my responsibility and that of Huobi's too. On my part, I had to enable the two factor authentication on my account, while Huobi ensured that users fund were stored offline in a cold storage to prevent theft. The content of this platform was distinctly in English and Chinese. The only thing I did not enjoy was its customer support group, this team were not even active to respond to my complaints. I still want to try out the KYC verification before I update my review on Huobi Global Exchange.
Pros
- It is an exchange of experiences, hence it can be fully trusted
- KYC verification isn't compulsory
- It is an Exchange site for a lot of cryptocurrencies
- With the help of two-factor authentication, users fund are kept safe from theft of any kind
Cons
- The only problem I faced was the inefficiency of the Customer support group
