This exchange has no positive use
Regulation plays a very crucial role when describing an exchange, in this case, they are verified and Certified as legit by different regulatory bodies. In such cases, there are very little occurence of an exit-scam or sudden disappearance since the activities of the exchange is backed by the law. Focused mainly on the Russian market, Nix-e seems to be a Russian exchange which is also unregulated. The exchange is currently not accessible and has been marked as a dead exchange. Since its last post on Twitter, there's hasn't been any form of major announcement from the developers of this exchange. Don't trade here!!!
