p2pb2b - if you can, avoid it

I will start with some advantages (there are only few of them). You can trade quite a lot of alt coins at p2pb2b exchange (usually you can cash out your airdrops token or low priced alt coins). They have also implemented fiat gateway. There is a self proclaimed airdrop page but i have not seen there any airdrop lately. Now with constarins (there are plenty). First of all it has really old fashion UI, in my opinion it is messy and ugly. They have qute a high trading and withdrawal fees, they also limit deposit (min volume). If you ask a customer support they are not willing to help you. My personal experience was also influenced by the issues with trading with some coins (i.e. they have some coins in maintance forever and there is no information about it at their webpage, this is quite offten). If you have an option, you should choose different exchange.
