The fact that this exchange looks good doesn't mean it's a safe place to be. because once you have an issue which you need the help of their support team over, then you may get stranded for months if not years.

- WIthdrawl, deposit and other transactional functions are flawless
Cons
- VERY BAD SUPPORT TEAM. This is the most annoying and irritating part of Poloniex services. The support team is worst. Could be rated 4/100. I really like for Poloniex to look into this. How can an exchange of such standard ignore request for close to 3 weeks.
