i wont risk putting most of my asset where they are not prompt at attending to emergency situations. Poloniex should take this aspect very important. Though other aspects look good

- It has a large number of trading pairs
Cons
- I have been wanting to express my dislike for the support service of Poloniex for a while now. The spport service is very worst. i had an issue one time withdrawing and for some reasons the withdrawal didnt deliver to the destination and debiting my account. It took Poloniex 3 solid weeks to attend to this issue despite writing them again and again. This is a very bad part and needed to be taken seriously. If the support of an exchange is bad, the exchange cannot be trusted.
