Security is the most important problem when it comes to the finances, but with Poloniex the investor is double protected, if it's being hacked, the company repay all losses. What about the support and transactions, mostly it works great, but sometimes all exchanges has some issues, so I think I we just need to take it for granted.
Pros
- Security's working great but Poloniex return all losses to investors if exchange being hacked.
Cons
- I'm a little bit niggling but I describe my experience, so cons: Transactions are not always fast enough. Support doesn't always resolves issues quickly.
