Poloniex is not serious about their communication. It’s been several weeks I make a huge amount deposit and I still haven’t got any amswer on the many tickes I made. No reaction and a huge amount is lost somewhere. I read this is a common issue on poloniex, and their lack of response makes it a very insecure platform to use.

- The xchange is ok but could have been better
