StarEx exchange appears to have never existed
The StarEx exchange appears to be non-existent or should I say, never existed as there is no data to back up it's history of working days. I searched the web after trying to access its website which has been allegedly taken down and an expired certificate the exchange had, I was sure of a scam. To prove my theory right, I went through a lot of internet service, looking for the exchange, maybe delisted or untracked but just couldn't find anything. It's more like the exchange never existed before.
To push forward my search, I also went beyond to Telegram to see if any group with a name related with the exchange might be existing and non-functional but was shocked to see one. The way I see it, the Telegram group which claims the StarEx exchange name has no affiliation with the exchange but is trying to rip off innocent people. I strongly advice staying off the group or anything that resemble the exchange platform

- There is nothing positive to say of the exchange
Cons
- The exchange has been brought down, it's website doesn't work anymore and appears non-existent
- There is no historical data to back up the legitimacy of the exchange, it seemed like it never existed
- Fake names are popularizing the exchange on Telegram. A huge red flag
