The trading interface of this exchange has killed the spirit of motivation among users
A spot and a trading medium for digital assets that proved to offer an extremely good services for it potential users. Ukex exchange is a centralized exchange, which I couldn't use, due to a language usage known as Chinese. All this made it difficult to locate the section of translation, which I even think is not available, because only Chinese language is supported here, this made it difficult for me to navigate across the exchange. Both the official and the non official telegram group has been offline for long. The official telegram group have Chinese language all through the content while the non official group is an English group created by some members from the official group which also seems inactive. without any advice users are supposed to know the high risk Rate or high tendency of withdrawal.

- I couldn't trade here so I lack experience on the exchange
Cons
- The exchange uses only one language
- It was very difficult for me to navigate through the website
- The telegram group is also operated on one language
- Poor customer support team over 10days
