Review on CEC Industries EF32RL Flasher by Matthew Augustin

This was the second turn signal I installed on my golf cart using the ON-OFF-ON switch to control the LED signal lights. A 15A fuse that connects to the turn signal and then to the switch to indicate direction. The switch controls the front and rear LED lighting and the dashboard display. Each lamp is individually grounded. The whole system lights up when the switch is used correctly (without turn signals, each selected side lights up. WHY IS THE FLASHING NOT WORKING, WHAT SHOULD I FIX? I bought 2 turn signals; EF32RL and RDBS but they don't work?
