If you're installing them in a heavy F-Series vehicle, the easiest way to remove the old lock module is to insert a screwdriver into the tiny gap in the door and snap it in place pry off. No need to remove the handle, latch and all that.

They fit exactly like the old ones, although they look a little different. They came with a nut for the bolt but no washer so I added one which I recommend. When I press the lock or unlock button the action is very strong, unlike my old ones which were weak and often unresponsive without a few button presses. Appears to be a good quality item.
