I initially gave this product a low rating, but the customer service team fixed my issues. For that alone I give 5 stars. In fact, they went out of their way to solve my problems than any other triple A brand not mentioned in my review.

Honestly it's a solid investment for what you get. The keyboard is similar to the I Mac keyboard but with more comfortable keys. For a week there were no problems with the connection. Really appreciate that they included the batteries needed for the keyboard. To be honest, if you need a Bluetooth keyboard, don't hesitate. 10/10 recommend, gold star for that, you can definitely take it home to meet family

It's small and portable with all essential functions. In general I like it very much. My only concern is having to press ESC + Fn for normal ESC key function. I didn't even realize how many times I used the ESC key until it became a problem. The keyboard has "mode switching" for iOS, Android and Windows, but that doesn't solve the problem. I want to remap and swap the ESC and F1F12 keys so I can use the regular ESC key without having to press the Fn key at the same time.

I'm writing this review with it because I connected it to my 11" iPad Pro. All buttons work fine, there's no lag. It's larger than the iPad but quite light. It is nice too.The shortcuts described in the manual are very helpful.

I'm very disappointed with my new Artech keyboard. It is bent/deformed! 1/2 keyboard goes down like a hill! MY GOD. I've never had a keyboard in my entire life (and it's been a long time) that did that! If you prefer to write words using all 26 letters of the alphabet, you can disable this product. It paired easily with my Surface Pro and the pre-installed batteries were a nice touch, but all of that was quickly forgotten as this keyboard didn't even let me type my first word as not 1, not 2, not 3, but SIX keys does nothing.
